Change the AWS Marketplace billing account used by Deep Security as a Service

To change the AWS account that your Deep Security as a Service account uses for AWS Marketplace billing, you need to first cancel the existing billing subscription to your current AWS Marketplace account, and then subscribe with another AWS Marketplace account to either a Pay as you Go or Annual subscription.

Cancel your subscription to the current AWS Marketplace billing account

  1. Log in to the current AWS Marketplace account.
  2. Click Your Software.
  3. Under the Trend Micro Deep Security as a Service product, click Cancel Subscription, and then Yes, Cancel Subscription.

    It may take up to two hours for your cancellation to be processed.

Subscribe with another AWS Marketplace billing account

  1. Log in to your Deep Security as a Service account.
  2. Log in to the AWS account that you want to use for billing.

Subscribe to Deep Security as a Service - Pay as you Go

  1. Go to the Trend Micro Deep Security as a Service - Pay as you Go Marketplace page.
  2. Click Continue > Subscribe > Set Up Your Account.

    You will be brought to the Deep Security Dashboard. Your subscription is now active.

Subscribe to Deep Security as a Service - Annual

  1. Go to the Deep Security as a Service - Annual Marketplace page.
  2. Click Continue.
  3. Enter the number of instances to protect.
  4. Select the contract term to protect your instances for and whether to automatically renew the contract at term end.
  5. Click Create Contract.

    You will be brought to the Deep Security Dashboard. Your subscription is now active.
