How do I change credit card billing information?

Applies to Deep Security as a Service only

To change credit card billing information:

  1. In the Deep Security Manager, click your account name and select Account Details.
  2. In the Activity section, click the link next to Credit Card Details.
  3. When the payment options page opens, update and save your credit card information.
If you need to change the address associated with your credit card, contact Trend Micro Support. If you need to change the email associated with your credit card or would like copies of previous invoices, contact Cleverbridge customer support.
